Q. Can I place an advert in the Wanted section or do I need to be a member?
A. You will need to be a member before you can place any ads in the Wanted section.
Q. Where do I find the Fee Calculator?
A. Go to the Home page and select the link Selling. The Cost Calculator is in that section.
Q. How many items can I list in one go?
A. There is no limit on the amount of items you can list on Militaria.Name.
Q. How do I report an inappropriate listing?
A. Please contact us if you have any concern about an item that is being listed on this site.
Q. I have made a payment into my GUNBID prepaid account but it is not showing, why?
A. It
can take up to 3 working days for your funds to show in our account. If
it has been longer than 3 working days please provide the following
information.
- Bank Name, BSB Number and Postcode
- Date and amount of payment
- Reference used
Q. My credit card was not accepted, why?
A. We
only accept VISA and Master Card processed by Worldpay. Please make
sure you used the correct card type. Other cards such as American
Express will not work. Note: Some debit cards may not work online,
check with your bank.
Q. How do I pay the seller?
A. The seller should send you an invoice with payment instructions.
Q. Why do some items not display an end time?
A. Items that do not show the end time have been listed as a Get it Now item.
Q. I do not meet a seller's 'buyer requirements'. What does this mean?
A.
Sellers have the option to approve a buyer depending on their rating
score or verification type. Please contact the seller and advise them
of your interest in their item. And they may be happy to pre-approve
you.
Q. I have accidentally marked items as 'Paid' and or 'Received'. How do I fix this?
A.
If you accidentally mark an item as Paid or Received you can un-tick
the selection and click the Save "Paid" and "Received" status button
again.
Q. How do I edit my 'About me' page?
A. Please
go to the home page and select the About Me link. Make your changes,
then select the 'Preview About me' button. This will take you to a new
page. Please check your amendments then if you are happy with them,
select the 'Confirm' button to accept the changes.
Q. Can I upload photographs on to the site for my auctions?
A. Yes you can please follow the prompts on the selling page.
Q. Do you have a Code of Conduct?
A. Yes we do please go to the home page and click on the link at the bottom of the page.
Q. What happens if my auction does not meet its reserve price?
A. The item is passed in and you are able to relist it or lower the reserve.
Q. Can I search for completed listings (previously sold listings)?
A. Yes you can we do have a completed sales search function in place
