Very attractive badge with initial КМТ - Курсы Морских Тральщиков - Russian School of Navy course. This badge is extremely rare because it were wearing by teacher of law in that course (one or two men). Known only one badge. Bronze, silvered, size is 58.44 x 79.93, weight is 64.59 g. This particular badge was bought at winkler-auktion (Germany).
Last 30 years the same badge did not sell at any International auctions.
Estimate price for that nice item is $6500 - $6800.
